A Primary Care Provider is a healthcare professional who helps manage many of your day-to-day conditions, helps identify when a specialist may be needed, and gets to know you over time to ensure you receive the best care plan possible. 

Fairfield Community Health Center employs some of the most respected primary care physicians in the area and have experience diagnosing and treating all manner of health conditions. 

Fairfield Community Health Center works in conjunction with Fairfield Medical Center to provide residency opportunities to Family Medicine Residents studying at Ohio University's Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Residents work with our patients and staff to get valuable real-world experience in patient care.
